Waste Solutions Customer Service Coordinator

CSG operate 28 sites nationwide providing a diverse range of services for the treatment & recovery of waste supported by technical, transport and industrial cleaning depots. As a family owned company, we employ individuals who share our vision and values which includes providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone with a personable approach and an enthusiastic attitude to provide support to our customers & sales team covering Central & Southern England areas. You will be a key point of contact for CSG’s customers with responsibility for maintaining & building relationships, liaising between customers, the sales team and operational depots.

**Salary**: £26,145.60
**Role Type**: Permanent, Full-Time
**Hours**: 40 hours per week

**Position**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively contacting customers by phone to maintain good relations.
- Responsible for managing customer orders from enquiry through to job completion for our depots nationwide.
- Communicating between the sales team and operational depots to schedule work.
- Liaising with transport depots to arrange waste collections.
- Ensuring all information is provided for services to be carried out efficiently and compliantly.
- Using CRM package for customer management information and technical waste management information so full waste reports can be provided for our customers.
- Administrative duties include generating quotes & requesting purchase orders.
**Requirements**:
**Essential Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience (in the environmental sector would be preferred but not essential).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Have a positive and proactive attitude.
- A preference for communicating by phone.
- Strong time management & organisational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work under own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel preferable.
