We are looking for an individual with good communication and interpersonal skills to work in the Acute Medicine Department supporting Consultants with Diaries, minute taking, managing a telephone clinic, help with weekly Rota’s and producing weekly reports as well as undertaking a wide variety of other duties.

We are looking for an approachable person with a helpful disposition who enjoys working in a busy department and timescales.

Knowledge of NHS is desirable, but full training will be given to the right applicant.

Support to all Junior Medical and Nursing staff as and when required
Whilst you look after particular Consultants you are expected to work as part of the Admin Team and cover for other Secretaries when they are out of the office or on leave
