Tiger Sales & Lettings are one of Blackpool and the Fylde Coast's most recognisable brands. Tiger Sales & Lettings are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our determined and successful sales & lettings team.

Due to the success across the Fylde Coast we are now looking to expand our high level of customer service led Estate Agency to the wider Lancashire region.

We will provide you with fantastic training covering all aspects of Estate Agency and Customer Service. You will also, benefit from a continuous regional marketing campaign that will assist in creating business opportunities as well as those opportunities created by you whilst building your business in your core area.

Being a **Local Property Consultant / Sales & Lettings Valuer **you will be responsible for your designated area, which you will be able to build and grow whilst providing a first class Customer and Estate Agency Service which will grow your reputation as a service leader and property expert. You will be supported by your own customer service team that will be based at Tiger’s very own customer service centre, managing sales & lettings enquiries, client contact and appraisal opportunities.

- You should be self-motivated with a determination to be successful with a can-do attitude that will allow you to be successful in your role.
- You should possess sound knowledge of the local property market or have the ability to learn your local property market
- You should be passionate about providing a first class customer experience and enthusiastic about revolutionising your local property market
- You should be a hard working confident individual with superb communication skills both verbal and written
- You should have a full UK driving licence and use of you own vehicle is essential for this role
