This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, is currently recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to join the team in Windsor.

This is a successful team who run the second biggest country lettings office. They cover everything from new build developments in Slough to the finest Windsor townhouses and riverside homes. The working environment is friendly, with a very established andstrong office team spirit

You will be working closely with the Head of Lettings, Negotiators, Property Managers and will swiftly become the go-to person in your team. You will also join and be supported by a network of over 40 Lettings Coordinators nationally

Responsibilities will include the following:

- Preparing and sending paperwork to landlords and ensuring the property is compliant before marketing
- Preparing marketing material using internal & external systems, as well as social media platforms
- Managing office audits and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry legislation for efficient procedures.

Personal specification:

- Have property administration experience
- Strong administration skills and experience - essential
- Ideally be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award (not essential)
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
- Have an ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment individually and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Excellent telephone manner
- Enthusiasm to do a good job.

The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000, plus a discretionary bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, discountportal, and more.
