**Responsibilities and Duties**

We are seeking a dynamic, professional and knowledgeable administrator who can support the Service Manager and ensure the needs of our customers are satisfied swiftly and efficiently.

Duties in this role include:
Record accurately and efficiently all orders and ensure that suppliers meet deadlines.Use initiative to deliver results and maintain the customers’ needs are at the forefront of all activities.Ensure all service administration duties are carried out accurately and within agreed time scales.Maintain close relationships with accounting and management team and inform them of any problems.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Desirable

Ideally an experience working within a parts or Servicing environment. Valid UK driving licence, Maths and English qualifications at or above level 2 (GCSE/O level grade C or above) So now we have covered all the formal stuff, let’s look at the person we are looking for:
