Based in a superbly located office in the town centre, you will be actively involved in growing the sales business and upholding our client’s enviable reputation throughout the town and surrounding areas. This role requires somebody with drive and determinationwho is willing to go the extra mile
There is excellent scope for career progression, and you will be continually supported in your development throughout your time with the company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Arranging and conducting viewing appointments
- Handling valuations
- Liaising directly with vendors/solicitors
- Working to and achieving set targets
- Handling negotiations
- General administration.
Is this you?
- Experience within residential estate agency would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
- Team player and ability to work under own initiative
- An excellent communicator
- Confident and outgoing
- Target driven
- IT literate
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
The package for this role will include a basic salary plus commission in the region of £25,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and performance. You will also be provided with a company car or allowance.
