We are looking for a Project Operations Manager is to support project teams and the wider business to specify, procure and manage operational and logístical services for major Government events and other large scale mass participation and public facing.The role will have a focus on Central London but will also support across a wide variety of projects and locations.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Stakeholder management including blue light services, local authorities, transport representatives and government departments
- Stewarding and security procurement planning and documentation
- Crowd management planning
- Traffic management planning and procurement
- Accreditation services
- Site Communications planning
- Supporting the HSSE Manager and production team on Health and Safety planning and management
- End to end project management including client liaison, brief and scope of works development, scheduling, budget management, supplier coordination, management of internal resources across a project
- Developing and managing timelines, risk registers and status reports and ensuring events are running to schedule and as expected

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Demonstrable previous experience in a project operational delivery role, with proven experience in this field and ideally with experience of central London operational requirements
- Proven experience of complex stakeholder management for example Met Police, Transport for London, Westminster Council
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely, both internally and to client and senior stakeholder groups
- Experience working within an agency environment and across multiple departments
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business impacts
- Good level of computer literacy
- Excellent working knowledge and practical experience across all relevant event sectors of H&S process
- Exceptional organisation, project management and documentational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- General awareness and understanding of event technical production process and deliverables such as staging, lighting and audio
- Experienced and confident in responding to client tenders and presenting

**Desirable**:

- Formal Health and Safety training
- Experience or formal training in crisis management planning
- Accredited crowd safety training
- Use of CAD software
