**Senior Designer**

An exciting position has become available for a Senior Designer based in West Hertfordshire. Hours are flexible to suit you and the position can be either full or part time.

**Are you the right person for the job?**

If you have the following, the answer is yes
- Extensive design/creative experience.
- The ability to deliver campaigns that are memorable and effective.
- You are comfortable working in multiple channels and mediums, producing everything from snappy social media to perfect print and super signage. Web design, wireframing and video editing is a plus.
- You are happy working with established brands as well as creating stunning new identities.
- First rate skills in Adobe CC, including InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, as well as comfortable working in Microsoft Office and Figma.
- Brilliant communicator and motivator, equally at ease with team members, clients and suppliers, presenting, discussing and negotiating.
- Proactive in looking for fresher, better ways of communicating visually.
- Great time-management skills, able to multi-task and organise.
- The ability to create and work to deadlines and manage team members when appropriate.

**What will my role as a Senior Designer look like?**
- In this role, you will bring design solutions to life which adhere to client’s marketing strategies and business goals.
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
