**Now the need is to appoint an experienced Sales Advisor able to fulfil the tremendous sales floor potential that so proudly after so many generations of trading happily still exist today.**

**Job Role**:

- Greet, engage, and serve customers for all their timepiece and jewellery sales, repairs and bespoke jewellery commissions.
- Take ownership of all in-store and window displays, ensuring overall store presentation is both alluring and always pristine.
- Identify merchandise areas where additional promotional activity can generate additional store turnover.
- Ensuring the maximum visibility of stock, be it in-store or online.
- Intuitively evaluate stock sell through and advise the companies Director as to promotional initiatives all could embrace to ensure maximum stock turn.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally 2 years sales experience in a highly customer focused retail or hospitality environment.
- Be receptive to product learning - online via selected manufacturers product training or through gaining Trade Association Professional Jeweller accreditations.
- Comply effortlessly in ensuring administration 'best practice’ at every turn, be it stock ordering, documentation relating to repairs across to correspondence with clients.
- Possess a strong interest in watches and fine gemstone jewellery* no past experience needed but would be considered very desirable.
- Exemplify professionalism with unabated inertia to customer delight whilst ever maintaining integrity and reliability to deliver a best outcome.
