Our small dynamic Production team is looking a dynamic & passionate candidate for the role of "Production Operator/Electronics Assembler", working at Swavesey /Cambridge Site, bringing outside knowledge and a thirst for success and joining our future progression as a company.
Please Note: This position is open for applicants residing in the UK and have the right to work without employer sponsorship. Unfortunately, we cannot support visa applications for this role.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assembling electronic components and products to high-quality standards
- Soldering (through-hole and surface mount)
- Understanding of electronics assembly processes as well as the ability to work with various tools and technologies.
- Testing and inspecting PCB assemblies
- Reading technical drawings and work instructions
- Working as part of a collaborative and fast-paced production team
What We're Looking For:
- Full Clean Drivers License
- Able to Work on Site 37.5 Hours per week (minimum), Mon-Fri (6:30am - 14:30)
- Previous experience in electronics assembly (preferred but not essential)
- Has Basic Soldering Skills ( Further Training Provided )
- Strong attention to detail and steady hands
- Ability to work efficiently with small components and tools
- A team player with a good work ethic and reliability
