Group Financial Accountant | PE-Backed SaaS | £65,000–£75,000 + Benefits | Central London (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business on the search for a Group Financial Accountant to join their high-performing finance team at a pivotal stage in the company's growth journey. This is a newly created, permanent role offering broad exposure across group consolidation, IFRS reporting, and international operations - ideal for an ambitious, technically strong accountant looking to make their first move from audit or take the next step in industry.

The Opportunity

  • Own the group consolidation process across multiple European entities (including Germany, Sweden, Norway, and Belgium)
  • Play a key role in the month-end and year-end reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
  • Support in driving group reporting improvements, automation, and process efficiencies as the business scales
  • Partner with regional finance teams to deliver high-quality insights and reporting
  • Contribute to the implementation of new reporting standards, controls, and systems in a growing international environment
  • Own commission and revenue reporting
    within a fast-moving SaaS model

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / equivalent) - ideally trained in a Big 4 or top-tier firm
  • Strong understanding of group consolidations, IFRS, and local GAAP (multi-entity, multi-currency)
  • Ideally with European exposure (Germany, Sweden, Norway, Belgium)
  • A second European language (particularly German or Swedish) is a huge plus but not essential
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a PE-backed environment
  • Available to start within

Package & Working Model

  • Salary: £65,000–£75,000, dependent on experience
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Central London office (Tuesday–Thursday), remote Mondays and Fridays
  • Permanent, full-time position with strong progression opportunities as the group continues to expand
