**Group Financial Analyst**

**Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits**

Partner Financial are working with a high growth FTSE 100 business services company. With a turnover in the billions, the business has grown aggressively over the past few years both organically and through international acquisitions.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leading the preparation of the monthly management accounts, as well as the year end and half year Group consolidated accounts
- Providing advice to different group reorganisations, tax structures and dividend flows to senior stakeholders across the business
- Providing financial analysis that will support the presentation of half year and full year results
- Reviewing monthly business areas results, as well as monitoring key trends and KPIs across the business
- Working alongside the FP&A team preparing the top-down forecasts, reviewing different business areas’ budgets, and preparing supporting business insights analysis for the company’s results
- Consolidating and reviewing the budget and strategic plan for the Group
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience working with complex consolidations within a multi-national organisation
- Able to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and driven to succeed
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, and the ability to learn new IT systems and processes
