Correla are looking for a Test Lead to join our SaaS Engineering Team.

Salary: circa £50,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role:

  • Effectively, forward plan and forecast based on effort required to deliver a backlog of change with close alignment to the Customer outcomes and benefits.
  • Ensure Test is delivered on time, cost and quality; ensuring acceptance criteria is met and the plan is managed effectively with any risks and issues being managed and resolved collaboratively with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure Testing enables the delivery of exceptionally high-quality changes for our customers by producing clearly documented and auditable Test Evidence.
  • Create and be responsible for maintaining an automation framework to support the product beyond its initial delivery

About You

  • Automation Testing: Knowledge of / experience writing automated testing scripts - Test Café and using Jmeter/K6 for performance tests
  • Understanding of Data Analytics: Experience with data tools such as Power BI or SQL
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle including Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to test both application and infrastructure level -dev ops and must be hands on, with a proven record in this area of testing.
  • Proven record in understanding and utilising the right test methodology and principle being tested.
  • ISTQB Foundation is desirable.
