But with the right opportunities and support we can help you build a career that works for you.As a Testing Apprentice you will be working as part of the Testing Team and will be responsible for creating Test Scripts, executing tests and raising and maintaining Azure DevOps (ADO) tickets. You'll learn about the Delivery Life Cycles, apply Test Techniques and be able to identify, investigate and escalate issues found.What the role will look like:Show enthusiasm to apprenticeship learning and working closely with the Testing teamObtain a good understanding of the Delivery Life CyclesCreate Detailed Test Scripts to required standardsAble to identify and define Data RequirementsExecuting retests and regression tests as directed by Test Leads / Test ManagerCorrectly categorise and raise defects in Azure DevOpsEnsure Test Scripts are completed on timeIdentify and suggest improvements to the testing processAssisting the Testing team with administrative tasksWhat you will bring to the role:Excellent administration skillsExcellent attention to detail.Effective time management skillsA flexible approachAn ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising on quality standardsHigh standards of attention to detail, personal motivation and initiativeGood communicator at all levels, both written and verbalAbility to achieve good levels of competency and accuracyWe Value a diverse range of skills and experiences here at the West Brom.
