Mortgage Adviser (Fully Remote) – Mainstream & Remortgage Lending.

Target: You must be fully CeMAP qualified and hold CAS status in the last 12 months to be eligible to apply

Basic Salary: Up to £35K DOE — rising to £45K once progression targets are hit.

Year One Salary Guarantee: Minimum of £45K while you build your pipeline

Year Two OTE: £75K+ realistic.

Hours: 9–6 or 11–8 Mon–Thu, 9–5 Fri — No weekends, ever.

If you're CeMAP-qualified with CAS status and at least 18 months of experience, this role gives you the scale, stability and earning potential rarely found in fully remote brokerage positions.
