**Mortgage Administrator - Didsbury, Manchester**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a Full Time
**Mortgage Administrator **to join a lovely partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based in Didsbury.

Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business with a fabulous brother and sister team running the business. The partner business is a long established and is a very busy Mortgage and Protection advisory business.

The firm are looking for a further experienced Mortgage Administrator to join the team.

**The role is full time 9 - 530 Monday - Friday - No weekends**

The role is office based in Didsbury - No remote working

We are looking for an absolute minimum of 1 years recent independent mortgage administration experience in a busy mortgage broking business.

Competitive salary package of
**£23,000**:

- £27,000 DOE negotiable**

**Support to achieve the CeMAP qualification for aspring advisors can be discussed.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 1 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
