A drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication Responsibilities Be able to self‑generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise community opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment Engage with people from all walks of life, establishing their needs and wants via email, phone, face‑to‑face and social video channels Multitask and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks Maintain regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalise on all opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement Collaborate with peers within your branch to build relationships and assist in identifying referral opportunities Take accountability for your KPIs, proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships Show strong camera presence to appeal to and engage your audience on video platforms What’s On Offer To You Basic annual salary £22,000 - £28,000 depending on your experience + guaranteed monthly amount for up to 6 months Uncapped commission scheme covering mortgages, protection sold, legal sign‑ups, landlord referrals, land and new homes referrals, homebuyer report referrals A company car on your first day or £250 monthly car allowance Company laptop with industry‑leading mortgage software Access to the #1 appointed representative of Openwork, with a panel of over 50 lenders Dedicated training and coaching from the Divisional Sales Director and business support functions (Training Team, Compliance, Admin Department, in‑branch team) Opportunities to progress to the next level in your career Equal Opportunities Just Mortgages is an equal opportunity workplace and welcomes all talented individuals to apply for a career with us.
