Who are we?

WRAP is a global environmental action NGO championing the shift towards a circular economy, fundamentally reshaping how we produce, consume, and manage resources. Our vision is a world transformed, in which Circular Living is commonplace. Where the systems that provide our everyday goods contribute to the world's prosperity and sustainability instead of reducing it.

WRAP is driving Circular Living through four key areas: accelerating the circular economy, future-proofing food, preventing problem plastics and transforming textiles. We catalyse action from policy makers, businesses, NGOs and citizens to make it happen.

We have offices in the UK, USA and Australia, and live projects in over 30 countries.

Join us at WRAP and you'll drive important change to make Circular Living the norm.

The role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will join the Research, Evidence and Insights team. We design and deliver high-quality research and evaluation, to create insight that guides decisions across WRAP and beyond. We're trusted experts and work with governments, businesses, academia and other partners to create and share evidence that informs policy and supports meaningful action.

You will be responsible for coordinating the progress of projects and supporting the team to deliver work efficiently and effectively. Utilising your adaptability, you will be able to provide support during all project phases – from team promotion with internal communications activities, through to resource planning, stakeholder management and project administration e.g. budget updating.

You will use your great communication skills to create and maintain a collaborative and inclusive team and project culture where every team member is respected. You will support team processes but also be the face of those processes. To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong communicator and build positive relationships to drive administrative standards in the team.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience with providing administration and coordination support for a range of stakeholders.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a solutions-focussed attitude.
  • Project management and budget management skills are desirable.

Ready to lead the way to circular living?

If you think you have what it takes but your experience looks different to what is advertised, please still apply. We welcome applications from everyone regardless of your age, race, gender, neurodiversity, ability, beliefs, sexuality, or personal preferences.

We want to help you be your best, so please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustments during the recruitment process.
