About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the
planning, coordination, and delivery of car park installation and maintenance projects across the UK. You'll be responsible for managing projects from initial brief to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their project management career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of car park installation, upgrade, and maintenance projects through the platform and other internal systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) and external contractors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and timelines.
  • Maintain project risk registers, proactively identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on delivery.
  • Support budget creation, tracking, and approvals; ensure all variations and changes are properly recorded and authorised.
  • Ensure all site works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and that contractors adhere to company policies and procedures. 
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and dashboards for
    management and clients.

About You:

  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering projects, ideally within construction, facilities management, or infrastructure.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with contractors, clients, and internal
    stakeholders.
  • Competent user of project management tools such as , MS Project, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial tracking.

Desirable:

  • Experience in car park installations, construction, or maintenance environments.
  • Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or similar) or willingness to work towards one.
