ABOUT LVF
LVF transcends traditional floristry, creating multi-sensory experiences that transform spaces into living narratives of art and nature. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of our marketing across all our digital channels, brand photoshoots and experiences.
Our team is a dynamic collective of creatives with backgrounds spanning set design, art history, experiential events, creative production, interior design and exhibition curation. United by a shared passion for pushing artistic boundaries, we thrive on transforming spaces into living works of art - and we're looking for someone who can help us communicate this to the world with clarity, polish and ambition.
THE ROLE
Based in our Battersea studio, you will plan, manage and deliver LVF's marketing strategy across our digital channels and select physical touchpoints. You will be responsible for scheduling and publishing content, data reporting and platform optimisation - ensuring our channels run smoothly, cohesively and always reflect the premium quality of our brand.
As Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of LVF, helping shape how our story is communicated to clients, collaborators and our wider audience. This role requires a strong editorial eye, excellent organisation and the ability to translate creative ideas into polished, effective multi-channel communications and collaborations. It is a structured, delivery-focused position suited to someone who loves systems, thrives on detail, and is passionate about delivering digital excellence - while still enjoying the creative, energetic environment of our studio.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive and data-led, with strong multichannel marketing experience within a luxury brand. You will work closely with our Founder, Operations Director and Creative Team, helping turn high-level creative concepts into refined, consistent and well-executed marketing outputs. We're entering an exciting new echelon, with ambitious growth goals, and we need every touchpoint to reflect the sophistication and imagination of our work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementing and elevating our marketing strategy with a proactive, data-driven approach - ensuring campaigns are executed with precision and continuously optimised for performance.
Forward planning across seasons, ensuring LVF is always positioned 10 steps ahead with timely, relevant and innovative marketing activity for key market moments.
Managing the content calendar and ensuring social media, email and website updates are published on schedule to the highest standard.
Writing and editing compelling copy across all channels - social, email, website - and client communications that are aligned with the luxury tone, brand voice and audience expectations.
Briefing and coordinating our videographers, photographers and external suppliers on deliverables, timelines and publishing requirements for all content.
Introducing and maintaining organisational systems so that all digital assets are stored, tagged and archived correctly for team-wide use.
Analysing data and producing quarterly performance reports covering social media, email and website metrics, identifying insights, opportunities and recommended actions.
Managing the LVF website to ensure all project pages, imagery and key information remain accurate, refined and up to date.
Overseeing LVF's presence on external platforms and digital directories (e.g. The WED), ensuring listings align with current brand standards.
Managing the marketing budget to support curated luxury experiences, seasonal campaigns and partnership opportunities - seeking new ways to elevate LVF's industry presence.
Identifying and developing new opportunities within the luxury sector to reach our target audience, including brand collaborations, gifting moments, press opportunities and industry events.
Supporting the wider team on internal marketing initiatives, press requests and campaign planning.
We see this role as a key, forward-facing part of our small team, and we'd love you to get involved with:
Building strong relationships with premium industry partners, suppliers and collaborators.
Contributing ideas and insight during team meetings and campaign discussions.
Managing up, and keeping the Founder and Operations Director up to speed with the content calendar.
Helping drive our next creative and strategic visions into the market with confidence and finesse.
