Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong experience in extending and customising solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Journeys), and Field Service modules. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale projects, contribute to solution design, and continuously develop your skills within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extend and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
  • Develop and maintain C# plugins and JavaScript to enhance data operations and user interactivity.
  • Deliver low-code plugins and/or PCF controls within Power Apps.
  • Validate solutions inside and outside of Dynamics 365 CE, challenging assumptions and identifying more suitable alternatives when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously develop skills within Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
  • Apply practical knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to ensure safe and scalable delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Strong development skills in C# and JavaScript.
  • Experience with low-code development and PCF controls.
  • Ability to challenge and validate solutions with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Certification in at least one Microsoft Fundamentals exam (Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365).
  • Practical understanding of technical ALM processes in enterprise environments.
