Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
D365 Customer Engagement Developer
to support a high-impact project for a leading banking client. The role involves building, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 CE solutions while collaborating closely with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize
    Dynamics 365 CE
    solutions based on client requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end CRM project activities, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Build integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external enterprise systems.
  • Develop plugins, custom components, and Power Platform solutions to extend CE capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM technical issues, providing support during and after implementation.
  • Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
