Job Title:

HGV Technician with regular overtime

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team. As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for preparing commercial vehicles for MOTs and performing routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all vehicles meet the necessary standards for safe operation on public roads.

In this role, you will work independently as well as part of a team, utilizing your expertise to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to commercial vehicle systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent technical skills and have a solid understanding of HGV systems.

You should hold a valid HGV license and have at least 3 years of experience working as an HGV technician or in a similar field.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and software is essential.

Excellent communication skills are also crucial for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
