Account Manager (Telecoms) | Poole, Dorset – Hybrid
Up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE ~£50K+)
Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys forming meaningful partnerships and driving real business impact?
In this role, your organisational skills and commercial instinct will help you maintain and grow client accounts. You'll confidently upsell and cross-sell to existing partnerships, backed by a portfolio that solves complex telecom challenges. Plus, with uncapped commission, your earning potential is truly in your hands, offering a fantastic chance to achieve a great income
You'll be working alongside other Account Managers and Business Development Managers from the head office in Poole, Dorset, but with the flexibility to work from home 2–3 days a week.
This is a role that's been created for someone who loves variety, autonomy, and real ownership – and wants to join a telecoms business where quality and partnerships are paramount.

- Basic annual salary £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.
- Commission structure with potential to earn at least £ per month (£7-12K p/a) on top of salary

What you'll be doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Identifying opportunities to grow business and increase margin from your accounts
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping accounts organised
- Supporting the team to achieve overall company sales targets
Additional information:
- Location: Poole, Dorset (hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
