Sales Executive
to join our team in Poole. If you're proven in sales, strong with customers, and want a role where you can genuinely progress, this could be the right move.

What you'll be doing

You'll handle warm, inbound leads from customers who already know and trust our brand

  • Build and develop relationships and provide expert advice (with full product training)
  • Create accurate quotes and process orders efficiently
  • Maximise each opportunity through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Take ownership of your pipeline and deliver great customer experiences

What you'll bring

  • A proven track record in sales or account management
  • Strong communication skills and professional confidence
  • A consultative sales style and genuine pride in doing things well
  • Detail focus, self-motivation, and the ability to manage your own day
  • Ideally, experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • A desire to grow within an ambitious, established business
