Customer Success Manager (Telecoms) | Poole, Dorset – Hybrid
Up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE ~£50K+)
Do you enjoy forming meaningful partnerships as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager, in the telecoms or tech industry, and love the opportunity to drive real business impact?
As a Customer Success Manager, your organisational skills and commercial instinct will help you maintain and grow client accounts. You'll confidently upsell and cross-sell to existing partnerships with solutions that solve complex telecom challenges.

You'll be working alongside other Account Managers and Business Development Managers from the head office in Poole, Dorset, but with the flexibility to work from home 2–3 days a week.
This is a role that's been created for someone who loves variety, autonomy, and real ownership, and wants to join a telecoms business where quality and customer success are paramount.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Identifying opportunities to grow business and increase margin from your accounts
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping accounts organised
- Supporting the team to achieve overall company sales targets
Additional information:
- Location: Poole, Dorset (hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
