Job Description
As Table Gaming Manager you will support the General Manager in the delivery of an efficient gaming operation, in running the Casino and delivery of the Grosvenor Business Plan.
You will be responsible for all table gaming and Poker activities in the Casino, running an efficient and effective Gaming Operation that delivers on all key Gaming metrics, in live gaming and cardroom poker where applicable.
Key Accountabilities Include
- To lead, and build a professional, competent, and engaged gaming team
- Accountable for delivering the Grosvenor gaming yields, deliver handle growth whilst ensuring margin efficiency. Deliver Poker growth if applicable.
- Ensure resource planning of the gaming team to meet operational demand
- Utilise Tangam Management software and consulting with central teams to drive performance
- Ensure effective recruitment, training and development of the gaming team
- Driving customer service standards within the Gaming team
- Responsible for the analysis of table data, to maintain an efficient and profitable gaming operation
- Take accountability for the smooth running of the casino and take decisions in the absence of the GM
- Conducting effective daily management of all the aspects of the casino gaming operation, including Poker (if applicable)
- Upholding the company's commitment to the protection of young and vulnerable people
- Ensuring compliance with all other regulatory and legislative requirements including Ranks internal policies
Qualifications
- An exceptional knowledge of all UK gaming activities and proven success in achieving sales and yield targets
- To hold a current PML Licence
- Proven record and ability to lead a team of people and communicate the standards and targets for a successful casino
