Our mission is to make advanced AI creativity accessible to everyone. We're scaling fast, and we're looking for a driven Affiliate Specialist to join our team and help grow our global presence.

The Role

As an Affiliate Specialist, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Verbatik's affiliate marketing program. You'll identify new affiliate opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing partners, and drive revenue growth through innovative campaigns and partnerships.

Tasks

What You'll Do

  • Develop, launch, and manage the Verbatik affiliate program across global markets
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture new affiliate partners
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions with overall brand strategy
  • Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing / partnerships
  • Proven track record of growing and managing affiliate programs
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
