A bit about the job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of investment propositions at Aviva. As an Investment Propositions Manager, you'll play a key role in enhancing and evolving our Wealth and Advice investment offerings, including investment solutions that support our Mansion House Compact pledge.
You'll use customer and market insights, regulatory understanding, and commercial acumen to develop propositions that improve outcomes and drive growth. You'll work closely with colleagues across Aviva Investors, CIO, and other partners to design and deliver innovative investment solutions.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of investment products and workplace pensions
- Proven ability to translate insights into compelling propositions
- Experience working with distribution, marketing, and other internal & external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with a focus on customer outcomes and commercial value
