Senior Commercial Manager (Brand or Government and ID) in Basingstoke-
where
you will be a
Key influential member of the global Commercial team.
The Commercial Manager, Brand or Governement supports the development and execution of the commercial transformation Brand programme and commercial strategy. This role focuses on the completion and delivery of customer pro-forma contractual and related documentation, the creation of compelling proposals and the bid management of larger Brand sales opportunities.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position
- Provide input to Commercial transformation program, including the formulation of improved commercial policies and processes to streamline Brand business activities.
- Draft simple contracts, amendments and renewals on CA terms
- Analyze market trends and research to inform Brand pipeline opportunities.
- Work closely with Risk and Compliance team to optimize and align Brand processes with Salesforce alignment and to carry out KYC checks as required.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Brand formal and key bids, from opportunity assessment to submission.
- Conduct post-bid reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a repository of bid templates, case studies, contractual documentation and best practices.
- Provide training and presentations on commercial process, prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams.
Position Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Law, Business Administration, or related field, or similar qualification or relevant experience.
Experience:
5–7 years of experience in bid management or commercial administration roles.
Certifications/Licenses: None.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
- Proactive and creative mindset with attention to detail.
Working Hours and Conditions:
Office and Remote Work Environment.
Physical Characteristics and Demands:
This role is sedentary in nature; you must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
