Within our Commercial Sales team, we are recruiting for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Commercial Account Management, to develop relationships with Contractors and our Key Merchant customer base. Would you like to be a part of this award-winning team?

We need you to bring with you your blend of commercial acumen and relationship expertise. This role gives you the freedom and responsibility to shape your own success, managing your entire sales and profitability budget. You will take the lead in designing and executing your business plan, actively partnering with colleagues to collaboratively identify and capture new market opportunities. A key element is cultivating strong relationships with contractors and leading insightful business reviews throughout your region, all anchored by our mission to 'Create Better Spaces.' What are the mission-critical skills?
Whilst it would be great if you have experience in the construction industry selling civils or landscaping products to main contractors, sub-contractors, and key merchants. We are open to applicants from a range of sectors, it is more important to us that you are able to showcase your skillset as a sales professional- we can teach you the rest The other skills we would like to see are:
- Knowledge and experience of products to main contractors, sub-contractors, and key merchants
- You have a successful track record including major project and account management
- You can demonstrate your ability to develop long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
- You are self-motivated, dynamic, and driven
- Confident at working independently with the skills to work under your own initiative
- Presentable, credible, and reliable
- Being home-based you will need to have a driving license and be able to commute within the patch
