roles and responsibilities

As a Compliance Process Administrator, you will be responsible for proactively progressing materials through the organization's compliance and approval systems. This will involve:

  • Veeva PromoMats (iMR) Management:
    Creating job bags, uploading materials, accurately completing metadata, and anchoring references.
  • Deadline Tracking:
    Maintaining accurate tracking status versus deadlines, driving timely activity, and escalating delays to stakeholders.
  • Compliance Communication:
    Communicating and addressing compliance questions raised by reviewers and ensuring all documentation is audit-ready.
  • Event Approval Support:
    Setting up and submitting events in the Salesforce CRM (iConnect) tool and monitoring progress from approval to payment.
  • System Liaison:
    Supporting new users within the Patient Access team to gain appropriate system access.
  • Regulatory Updates:
    Liaising with Health Economics, Market Access & Reimbursement (HEMAR) Managers to update the UK PharmaScan system at regular intervals.

how to succeed

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on compliance and administrative excellence. You will also bring:

  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats (iMR) or similar compliance and approval systems.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or other event interaction approval tools.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain good working relationships and mutual trust with extended teams and external customers.
  • The ability to provide induction training and support to new members of staff or students.
  • Organizational skills to manage travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, and itineraries.
  • A professional attitude when representing the company and the ability to work toward business objectives.
