  • Breakfast service: Lead preparation, cooking, and service of all breakfast offerings — plated service  — ensuring every plate delivers on flavour and presentation
  • Fresh, local produce focus: Champion our seasonal, local, and estate-grown ingredients in every dish
  • Guest satisfaction: Go the extra mile to adapt to guest preferences, dietary needs, and feedback, always aiming for a memorable breakfast experience
  • Kitchen organization: Maintain excellent mise en place, storage, and stock rotation, ensuring a smooth, efficient start to each day
