Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Director, Hospitality & Events
to lead the planning and delivery of premium guest programmes across high-profile global sporting events — including
elite football tournaments, major motorsport races, and international golf championships.
Working with leading global brands across
technology, logistics, enterprise software, and telecommunications
, this role will oversee the strategy, operations, and execution of end-to-end hospitality experiences that strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of premium hospitality programmes across major international sporting events in football, motorsport, and golf
  • Oversee all operational elements — logistics, supplier management, guest services, and on-site delivery — ensuring seamless and high-quality execution
  • Serve as the main client contact, translating brand objectives into tailored hospitality experiences that drive engagement and strengthen relationships
  • Manage project budgets from forecasting to reconciliation, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivery within financial targets
  • Direct and support a small team, fostering collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and venues to achieve delivery excellence
  • Provide senior on-site leadership at key events, overseeing guest logistics, partner performance, and real-time issue resolution

Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive experience managing hospitality or guest experience programmes at large-scale international sporting or live events
  • Strong background in client servicing, operational planning, and end-to-end project delivery
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships effectively
  • Skilled in leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • International experience and a second language are advantageous
