We're looking for three enthusiastic and organised Hospitality & Events Team Assistants to join our growing team. You'll play a key supporting role in the planning and delivery of world-class hospitality experiences across a range of global sports and entertainment partnerships — spanning industries such as technology, FMCG, and logistics, and properties including major football tournaments, premier golf events, NFL fixtures, and live music partnerships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in sports marketing, sponsorship, or live events — working alongside experienced managers and directors in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Team Support & Coordination

  • Support Event and Hospitality Managers and the Director on day-to-day tasks and project delivery.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for live events, from ticketing and hospitality coordination to guest management.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external rightsholders to ensure seamless communication and operational excellence.

Guest & Client Management

  • Support client updates and regular communication to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Manage guest communication, invitations, RSVPs, and event information in line with client requirements.
  • Help ensure every guest enjoys a premium experience across all hospitality touchpoints.

Systems & Administration

  • Use robust digital systems to manage data, ticketing, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, ticket allocation, and event logistics.
  • Support with general team administration including meeting notes, travel arrangements, and expense processing.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Build relationships with key rightsholders and partners to support the delivery of sponsorship entitlements.
  • Proactively learn about the sports and entertainment sponsorship industry.
  • Contribute to the team culture and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every project.

Essential Experience:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Interest in sports, live events, and brand experiences.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience (or internship) in events, marketing, or sponsorship.
  • Familiarity with event management or CRM systems.
  • Previous exposure to client servicing or administrative support roles.

About You
You're energetic, reliable, and eager to learn. You take pride in delivering excellent service, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy seeing your work come to life at major live events. You're excited by the idea of working across multiple high-profile partnerships and developing your career in a leading global sports and entertainment agency.
