RH is seeking a Director, Hospitality Events to champion the growth of our events business at our historic Aynho Park Gallery. This strategic, hands-on leader will shape extraordinary guest experiences by cultivating meaningful relationships, expanding brand awareness, and overseeing every detail of the event journey—from inquiry to execution. In close collaboration with our Restaurant & Gallery Leadership Teams, this role will help position Aynho Park as a premier destination for high-profile gatherings, delivering unforgettable moments that reflect RH's commitment to excellence in design, service, and hospitality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive the full lifecycle of the event experience—owning event strategy, guest engagement, and execution across all private events at Aynho Park
  • Cultivate a strong pipeline of event clients through proactive outreach, partnership development, and community engagement
  • Lead site tours and client meetings, showcasing the history, architecture, and elevated offerings of Aynho Park as a one-of-a-kind event venue
  • Partner cross-functionally with Restaurant, Hospitality, and Gallery teams to ensure operational alignment and seamless delivery
  • Direct on-site setup and lead the run-of-show for all private events, ensuring exceptional execution and alignment with RH standards
  • Oversee event timelines, production schedules, and task coordination, ensuring every detail is planned with precision
  • Guide the booking process, including proposals, pricing discussions, food and beverage coordination, and internal communication
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage relationships to ensure elevated service, reliability, and brand alignment
  • Act as a brand ambassador for RH and Aynho Park, consistently delivering a guest experience that is thoughtful, refined, and unforgettable

OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in private event sales and execution, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
  • Proven success in developing high-end events and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build partnerships, identify new opportunities, and elevate brand presence
  • Hands-on approach to event execution, with a deep commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
  • Knowledge of the local market landscape and competitive set
  • Experience with event management systems such as Tripleseat or similar platforms is preferred
  • Sophisticated communication skills and a polished, guest-facing presence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Suite applications


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25 kg while utilizing appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines
  • Frequent working on feet for extended periods during event setup and execution.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
  • Navigate indoor and outdoor event spaces, including staircases or uneven terrain, as required for venue preparation.
