PRACTICE MANAGER – HALL GREEN, BIRMINGHAM

Pearl Dental Practice

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of practice management, including financial management, human resources, and patient care. This role is essential in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and expense tracking to ensure the practice remains profitable.
  • Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency within the practice.
  • Liaise with dental suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels and negotiate contracts.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC, GDC, health and safety, and infection control standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager, Dental Operations Manager, or Practice Administrator
  • Strong management skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management within a dental or healthcare environment.
  • Experience in human resources practices, including recruitment and employee development.
