Overtime will be available.Pay Rate:£12.50 per hour (rising to £13.50 per hour when covering control room shifts)Location:St Johns Shopping Centre, LiverpoolReporting to:Soft Services Manager & Associate Director Key AccountsOverviewAn exciting opportunity has become available at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Dual Service Operative to join our established team at St Johns Shopping Centre, Liverpool.This role combines both security and cleaning responsibilities, ensuring the centre remains safe, clean, and welcoming for all visitors. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out routine cleaning tasks while maintaining a visible and professional security presence, responding to incidents, and supporting the overall safety and operation of the site.As part of this role, you will also be required to provide cover for the night-time security officers during their periods of annual leave or absence. During these times, your working pattern will flex to match the lone-working night shift rota (typically 19:00 – 07:00 on a 4 on, 4 off basis).
