Project Manager | Deliver Exceptional Live and Studio Events Worldwide
Location: Tring or King's Cross, UK with travel across the UK, Europe, and globally as required 

Pixl Evolution is committed to delivering profitable, high quality live and studio events. As a Project Manager, you will interpret client briefs, manage projects from concept to completion, and help drive strong client relationships and new business opportunities. 

Purpose of the Role: The Project Manager ensures every event is delivered to the highest standard by managing client communication, project planning, technical specifications, crew coordination, budgeting, and on site execution. You will work closely with the Pixl team to maintain excellence and support ongoing departmental development. 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong client relationships and conduct client visits as needed.
  • Discuss event requirements directly with clients and maintain detailed briefs.
  • Produce accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
  • Work with project and operations teams to translate briefs into technical specifications.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from pre production through on site completion.
  • Coordinate freelance crew, sub hire equipment, and transportation requirements.
  • Lead and support freelance crew during on site delivery.
  • Produce and maintain all project documentation including health and safety materials.
  • Control project budgets and provide invoicing information to Accounts.
  • Research emerging technologies and share updates with the Technical Director.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve departmental processes and client engagement.
  • Partner with the sales team to help identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows when appropriate.
  • Provide project support outside normal business hours when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Technical Director.
