We're seeking a skilled
Design Delivery Manager
with strong expertise in
CAD\ACAD\DD's
to lead and optimise mobile infrastructure design delivery. You'll collaborate with design partners and suppliers, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with design partners and suppliers to drive effective collaboration.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to design, ensuring projects meet and exceed expectations.
  • Oversee technical design delivery using
    CAD, ACAD, DD's
    , ensuring accuracy and compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Sign Off and review of Design Drawings - confirming accuracy and compliance
  • Implement quality assurance processes to achieve a "right first time" standard and minimise rework.
  • Use data insights and KPIs to identify trends, intervene early, and keep projects on track.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by promoting tools that streamline design workflows.
  • Guide and enable suppliers to improve delivery performance and reduce cycle times.
  • Evaluate design proposals for commercial viability and ensure cost-effective delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in
    mobile infrastructure site design and project management
    .
  • Strong technical background in CAD-based design delivery.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI, Site Tracker, Omnix, Power Automate, or SharePoint is a plus.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
