  • Stay up to date with Gradwell's product portfolio (VoIP/3CX, connectivity)
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Direct Sales
