We are looking for a Chef who is looking for a new Challenge to join a small busy kitchen in Cheltenham. Live in is available.

We are proud to support locally sourced produce. The role is working in a small fast-paced fresh food kitchen.

As the Head Chef you will, along with the General Manager, be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Kitchen, maintaining high and consistent standards and up to date due diligence, managing the stock levels, have a good understanding of GPs, and supporting team development and driving growth of the business and working to targets set by the finance team.

What are we looking for?

  • A great knowledge and understanding of the running of a kitchen and the production of high quality home made fresh food.

  • Experience of dealing with and complying with all aspects of Health and Safety and Hygiene regulations in the Kitchen and maintaining written records.

  • A genuine passion for providing customers with an excellent experience.

  • Knowledge of and understanding of keeping to and exceeding the monthly budgets and targets

  • Responsible for aiding the General Manager in maintaining appropriate stock levels.

  • An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills.

  • A willingness to gain and develop new skills whilst aiding the improvement of others.
