This role calls for a proven, globally minded leader who can bring together these two pillars into a clear, measurable roadmap that strengthens our culture and amplifies our positive impact in the world.
Your mission
As the Director of Diversity & Impact, you will establish and drive the strategy across On:
- Partner closely with On leaders to scale and maintain inclusion best practices and programs across the organization to reinforce our values and business goals.
- Develop toolkits rooted in research and best practices that equip Talent BPs, leaders, and team members with resources aimed at increasing diverse hiring, retention, and development while ensuring an inclusive On culture.
- Collaborate deeply with the Talent team to integrate D&I practices across all aspects of the team member lifecycle.
- Drive global solutions that are consistent at the company-level yet fully integrate with local needs and requirements across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
- Oversee and lead the global Inclusion Group strategy, ensuring consistency, maximum impact, and location-relevant programs.
- Drive the continued evolution of Right To Run, our global social impact partnership program, which amplifies the work of organizations dedicated to preserving access to running and movement for underrepresented communities and refugees.
- Build, develop, and lead On's corporate philanthropy strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission.
- Identify, vet, and manage core global philanthropic partners and programs, ensuring the effective utilization of resources and funds.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive metrics to measure the effectiveness of both D&I and social impact initiatives, ensuring that all strategies are data-driven, transparent, and aligned with our long-term goals.
- Measure and communicate the social impact of our programs, also contributing significantly to the social impact section of On's annual Impact Progress Report.
- Act as an Internal Subject Matter Expert, supporting cross-functional teams on critical D&I and social Impact initiatives, and representing On externally in relevant forums.
Your story
The ideal candidate will be an established D&I leader looking to expand their impact into the social responsibility and corporate philanthropy space.
- 10+ years of experience in the Diversity and Inclusion field, with a proven track record of designing and leading a successful global D,E,I and Belonging strategy for an international, high-growth brand.
- 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a high-performing, geographically dispersed team.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering successful D&I programs across different regions, specifically the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
- A sincere interest in or experience with developing social impact and corporate philanthropy programs; you understand how to translate business growth into community good.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and build trust with executive leadership, external partners, and team members at all levels.
- Highly analytical and comfortable establishing, managing, and interpreting metrics and impact data to drive decision-making.
