The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sales & Administration Assistant to join our
small team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexible working hours and would suit
someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, sales support, and general
office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing sales orders and quotations
• Coordinating shipments and deliveries
• Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting the team with general office administration tasks
What We're Looking For:
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
