Role Description
This is a part-time (15 hours), on-site opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist, based in Glasgow. The role involves welcoming and assisting patients, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations in the clinic. Duties include handling phone and email communications, maintaining patient records, and providing support to medical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Additionally, the role requires attention to detail in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to practice policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, data entry, and managing patient records
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with patients and team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to workplace policies and protocols
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee a range of administrative responsibilities
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with scheduling or medical software is advantageous
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, especially in a healthcare setting, is a plus
