Position: Day Concierge

Location: Ebury Apartments, 1B Sutherland Street, London, SW1V 4BF

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Development Details:

This role will be based at a residential development located in Pimlico. The development consists of 47 residential apartments over 11 storeys, is located close to Pimlico Underground Station and is within walking distance of both Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
