Location: Stratford
Salary: £29k PA
Hours/Days: 4 on 4 off 7am - 7pm

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a professional and customer-focused Day Concierge to join the team at a new, modern, vibrant and unique residential development in Stratford, London. As the face of this prestigious development, the Day Concierge will provide a high level of service to residents and visitors, ensuring the smooth running of the building and enhancing the overall living experience for residents.

The development comprises circa 1000 apartments including retail units such as restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as commercial office space.

Key Responsibilities

The Day Concierge will be responsible for;

  • Front Desk Services: Greet residents and visitors in a warm, friendly manner, and manage all front desk operations.
  • Resident Support: Assist residents with inquiries, service requests, and deliveries, ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Building Security: Monitor access to the building and ensure only authorised individuals enter, providing a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Managing Deliveries: Oversee the receipt and distribution of parcels and deliveries, notifying residents as appropriate.
  • Maintaining Communal Areas: Ensure that all communal areas, including the lobby, hallways, and entrances, are kept clean, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Contractor Liaison: Coordinate access for contractors and tradespeople, overseeing their activities and ensuring all works are carried out efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by residents, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Support the implementation of health and safety measures and report any hazards or maintenance issues promptly.

Candidate Specification:

All applicants for this Day Concierge position must meet the following criteria

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a 5 star hotel or residential concierge environment
  • Be tech savvy, with good generic IT skills and the ability to learn new systems easily
  • Have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Have excellent English Language skills. With advanced level vocabulary
  • Be articulate, well spoken, with good elocution
  • Have exceptional personal presentation and pride in personal appearance
  • Have a good basic understanding of Health and Safety
