We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Administrator

What are we looking for in our Sales Administrator?

  • Proficient IT skill, specifically in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Effective communicator and excellent customer service skills
  • A team player, but has the ability to use their initiative and effectively manage their workload
  • Proactive and eager to learn

What does our Sales Administrator actually do?

  • Processing customer orders, quotation and other customer related requests and queries. Support the Damp and Mould Solutions sales functions and strive to an effortless experience for our customers.
  • Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
  • Configure CRM settings, workflows, and user roles based on organizational requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry, cleansing, and maintenance.
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards and protocols.
  • Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support to CRM users, addressing technical issues and user inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Create and update user documentation and manuals.
  • Generate and distribute regular CRM reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with departments to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with IT and other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM software updates and new features, and implement relevant changes.
  • Lead CRM enhancement projects to optimize system capabilities and user experience.
