Sales & Events Coordinator – Windmill Taverns Family

Location: Office / In-Venue (Southwark & Vauxhall)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Now, we're looking for an Events & Sales Coordinator to help us grow the next chapter.

What You'll Be Doing

·      Own and convert private event and party enquiries — from "just thinking about it" to "booked it"

·      Build lasting client relationships that turn one-off events into repeat celebrations.

·      Upsell drinks packages, food options, and add-ons that make every occasion unforgettable.

·      Work hand-in-hand with the management team to hit and exceed sales targets.

·      Represent our pubs with pride — every interaction should reflect the welcoming spirit of our Irish pubs and the vibrancy of our Thai kitchens.

·      Handle office admin with efficiency and attention to detail — keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and help with administration and keeping the office running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

·      Experience in events, operations, sales, or hospitality coordination.

·      A people person who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

·      Confident, resilient, and driven by results (you love a good target).

·      Exceptionally organised — able to juggle multiple enquiries without dropping the charm.

·      Passionate about great food, good times, and creating memorable experiences.
