What You'll Be Doing

In this crucial support role, you'll help ensure our clients receive a seamless, high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level technical and administrative support to our Advisers
  • Responding to client and third-party queries with clarity and professionalism
  • Ensuring all client files are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Drafting clear, accurate, and professional suitability letters
  • Booking and managing client appointments
  • Assisting with the preparation of trust forms
  • Maintaining precise digital records and always following compliance procedures

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will have:

  • Previous experience in financial services/IFA/mortgage administration
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • The capability to understand and process complex information
  • Confidence, initiative, and the drive to develop professionally

Hybrid working once fully trained but please note you will be required to come to the office each week.
